iOS Remote Desktop Guide

There are 3 different ways you can Install the required RDP Client 1. If you are viewing this site on your iOS Device, Click the Icon Shown to the left and install it 2. On your Device open up the ITunes store and search for Microsoft RDP it will look the icon shown on the left. Install it 3. If you are a member of our MDM solution this APP will have been automatically sent to your device for install The RDP Client will now install on your device

To Configure a RDP Connection Open the RDP App Select the option "New Remote Desktop" Enter the details exactly as shown to the left for Connection Name & PC Name Username needs to be ellesmere\user.name Username is your user login for the computers in the college Password is your college password Don’t configure the Gateway Then select save  in the top right corner This will create a Remote Desktop connection called Ellesmere in the Remote Desktop List Now that has been created all you need to do is click the ellesmere connection and this will start the remote session
